Program Format

Management Praxis Online® blends self-paced online learning with active participation in video conferences and remote workshops. The program is designed to fit around your professional schedule — with on-demand knowledge modules and seamless online support, you can learn anytime, anywhere.

Throughout the program, participants are supported by trained tutors who provide ongoing feedback on progress and practical application. To ensure real-world transfer, participants complete targeted assignments directly within their day-to-day work and discuss them in dedicated topic forums on the learning platform.

Each of the 20 modules consists of three elements:

1. Web-Based Training (WBT): Interactive multimedia content delivered through text, visuals, and audio, complemented by a wide range of hands-on exercises.

2. Self-Assessment: A self-assessment to test your understanding of the module content.

3. Virtual Classroom Session: A 60-minute live session in which the module content is reinforced through practical exercises and review tasks — ensuring lasting retention.
