In this live online workshop, speaker Michael Wigge works through his six modules of successful motivation, change management and resilience with employees and managers.

Michael Wigge made a name for himself as a challenge adventure reporter before his career as a speaker. He appeared on ZDFneo, WDR, Stern TV and on The Tonight Show with Katy Perry and on The Today Show in the US. He’s certified as an ICF coach.

Michael got known to a larger audience after publishing his self-imposed challenge "Ohne Geld bis ans Ende der Welt" in Germany and "How to Travel the World for Free" in the US. He was nominated for the Grimme Preis.

Inhalte:
Module 1: Setting the right goals is the main factor for good motivation. In this module, professional and private goals are developed and refined in order to increase motivation with a concrete view of the future. Keywords: Setting goals, being SMART, planning for the future

Module 2: Motivation is closely related to our stress level. Stressed employees often experience a lack of motivation. Therefore, in this module, methods are developed to reduce stress and become more resilient and motivated. Keywords: Balancing stress, resilience, being able to set boundaries

Module 3: Structure and organization are essential components of a motivated workday. This is especially true for home office workers. A good self-manager forms the best basis for motivated work. Keywords: Time schedules, setting priorities, avoiding procrastination, setting boundaries

Module 4: Appreciation of oneself and one's team members are further aspects for achieving one's goals and feeling motivated. In this module participants learn to increase their self-esteem and to perceive failure as an opportunity. This module also develops positive beliefs for a motivated lifestyle. Module 5: Change management is often a brake on motivation, especially when change triggers stress and anxiety. In this module you will learn methods to strengthen how to embrace change and to reduce resistance. Keywords: change management, overcoming fears, stress management
