This online course lasts 6 days over a period of 2-3 months, plus time for self-study and work on your report. The phases between classes serve for follow-up on the course content, for knowledge transfer to your own projects, and for exam preparation

Are you managing medium-size projects or sub-projects? Are you a project member or a work package manager in complex projects?
