Inhalte:
In the four-day change management seminar you will learn about different models of change management, gain an understanding of your role and the role of others in change, develop an understanding of the phases and tasks of a change, which you will plan at company level, combined with communication, moderation and visualisation of a change project, and learn about the methodical planning and organisation of a change in the project.
