• Instruction about hazards
• Applicable standards and regulations, e.g. VDE 0101
• Equipment for accident prevention during switching operations
• The specified five safety rules and the special features of implementation in high-voltage systems from 1 to 36 kV
• Working under voltage with special measures
• Replacement of fuse links in installations
• Construction works and other non-electrical works in the vicinity of live switchgears
• Operating and working equipment: e.g. air- and gas-insulated switchgear, transformers, switchgear, voltmeters, earthing and short-circuiting devices, personal protection equipment, actuating and insulating rods
• Requirements for switchgear rooms and their equipment

Practical part:

• Switchgear, switching systems, protective devices
• Switching talk / Switching order
• Implementation of the five safety rules on electrical installations
• Execution of switching operations with the participants

Hinweis:
This seminar is a mandatory seminar for all electricians who have to perform switching operations and work in high-voltage systems (> 1 kV). It is also suitable for individual implementation in your company in order to meet the requirement for on-site instruction of employees in the switchgear. For the voltage level up to 110 kV we recommend the additional attendance of our seminar no. 04-45 Switching authorization for high-voltage installations up to 110 kV.
