Das Seminarziel des Illustrator für Anfänger und Dummies-Kurses ist  es, den Teilnehmenden die notwendigen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln, um Adobe Illustrator effektiv zu nutzen und eigenständige Vektorillustrationen und Grafikdesigns zu erstellen.

Nach dem Seminar sind Sie in der Lage, raumbezogene Daten mit GeoPandas zu verarbeiten, zu analysieren und visuell darzustellen. Sie verstehen die Grundlagen geographischer Datenstrukturen und wenden selbstständig Funktionen zur Geoverarbeitung, räumlichen Analyse und Visualisierung an. Sie können Ihre Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar kommunizieren und Ihre Python-Kenntnisse gezielt um GIS-Funktionalitäten erweitern.

Teilnehmende können nach diesem Seminar mit JavaScript bis ECMAScript 2019 arbeiten und kennen moderne Programmierparadigmen wie Metaprogramming und Observables.

The goal of the 3-day training course in Data Science and Data Analytics  with KNIME is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills  needed to effectively use KNIME for data preparation, visualization,  modeling, and reporting. IBM Spectrum Scale meets these challenges as a high-performance solution for managing data at scale. This new course covers IBM Spectrum Scale features that enable data-anywhere access that spans storage and locations to accelerate applications across the data center or around the world. Attendees should already know the basics of installing, configuring and managing a Spectrum Scale clustered file system and how to use the installer toolkit.

This course is intended for IT professionals tasked with administering a Spectrum Scale storage cluster consisting of Linux nodes. The course includes information on various Spectrum Scale features that enable remote access to the data that is stored in a cluster file system. This includes: multi-cluster support, clustered NFS, cluster export services (CES) and protocol support (NFS, SMB, Object, and block), Active File Management (AFM), and AFM-based Asynchronous Disaster Recovery (AFM DR). The features are described in lecture materials and implemented in lab exercises.

This course teaches Information Server and/or DataStage administrators to configure, manage, and monitor the DataStage Engine which plays a crucial role in Information Server.  It not only runs high-performance parallel ETL jobs designed and built-in DataStage, but also supports other Information Server products including Information Analyzer, QualityStage, and Data Click.  After introducing DataStage parallel jobs and the Engine that runs them, the course describes DataStage project configuration, the Engine’s development and runtime environments, and the Engine’s data source connectivity.  In addition, the course explains how to import and export DataStage objects, how to run and monitor DataStage jobs through the command line and GUI, and how to use some important Engine utilities.

This course provides relational DBAs with essential and advanced skills to manage, secure, recover, and optimize IBM Db2 v12.1 environments. Beginning with foundational concepts, participants will learn how to install Db2, configure instances, manage storage, and create database objects using both command-line and GUI tools.
