Das Smartphone als Kamera und Schnittprogramm
Aktuelle Videos für Social Media oder knackige Filme vom eigenen Event: die meisten PR-Abteilungen generieren solche Clips mittlerweile selbst. Verantwortlich für Konzept und Produktion sind nicht selten die Marketing-Mitarbeiter. Mit einem Smartphone als Allround-Filmtool und dem richtigen Hintergrundwissen kein Problem – sondern viel mehr eine Chance. Denn eine Videoproduktion kann heute ganz einfach sein: Smartphone raus, Mikro rein, Perspektive wählen, Storyline aufstellen, Schnittbilder nicht vergessen, Sequenzen in die richtige App laden. Doch etwas viel auf einmal? Genau hier setzt unser Media Workshop an. Es verbindet elementare Kenntnisse im Bereich des digitalen Storytellings mit dem nötigen Praxiswissen, wie das Smartphone zum Videotool wird. In abwechslungsreichen Theorie- und Praxiseinheiten geht es um dramaturgische Grundlagen, um Anforderungen an Webvideos und an die Konzepte, die in ihnen stecken. Es geht um Bildsprache und Interviewtechniken. Um wichtige Hilfsmittel und die richtigen Apps, um das Smartphone im Handumdrehen in Filmkamera und Schnittprogramm zu verwandeln. Ihr neues Wissen verwandeln Sie noch während des Seminars in einzelne Filmsequenzen.

Ein zweiwöchiges Hatha-Yoga-Intensivprogramm für Energie-Erweckung, spirituelle Entwicklung und Entfaltung deiner geistigen Fähigkeiten, aufbauend auf fortgeschrittenem Pranayama wie es Swami Vishnudevananda gelehrt hatte.
Intensives Praktizieren von Pranayama, Mudras und Bandhas, zusammen mit Asanas, Mantra-Singen und Meditation. Die Teilnehmer erhalten Anleitung zum individuellen Praktizieren. Täglich 2-4 Pranayama Sitzungen von jeweils 1-3 Stunden plus täglich 2 Asana-Sitzungen plus 2 Satsangs am Tag. Studium einer der klassischen Hatha Yoga Schriften. Individuelle Führung. Den Teilnehmern an diesem Kurs wird eine spezielle Hatha Yoga Intensiv-Diät angeboten. Eine einzigartige Erfahrung, die dich auf deinem spirituellen Weg ein gutes Stück weiter bringt. Teilnahmevoraussetzung: Kundalini Yoga Mittelstufenseminar oder Yogalehrer Ausbildung.

In this course, you learn how the use of two or more Spectrum Protect servers provides more options for data movement in the environment, like replication to multiple targets. You also use IBM Cloud Object Storage to create a storage pool for backups and long-term retention. The bulk of the administrative tasks are performed using the Operations Center and Command Builder which provides a command line interface for all servers configured in the Operations Center. This course also includes scripting, performance tuning, protecting, and recovering the database and storage pools, and an introduction to IBM Spectrum Protect Plus.

 

The hands-on exercises are performed on three different IBM Spectrum Protect servers, two on Windows, and one on Linux, with additional systems added to provide the IBM Cloud Object Storage environment.
