The applicant interview continuously poses high demands, even for experienced interviewers. The analysis of the personality structure, with all strengths and weaknesses, must be comprehensive and as error-free as possible if one wants to avoid the often frustrating and costly mistakes in decision-making. This is where the training comes in. Participants will learn everything about the preparation, execution, and evaluation of a job interview. They will practice professional and innovative conversation and questioning techniques, which have proven highly effective when selecting candidates from various target groups. At the same time, they will enhance their personal skills in perception and efficient conversation management. They will become more confident in dealing with challenging situations during the interview and improve their decision-making ability when selecting the most suitable candidate.

The objective of this training is to enable participants to conduct professional, structured, and insightful applicant interviews. They will learn to accurately assess candidates’ competencies, strengths, and personality traits, apply effective questioning and communication techniques, and manage challenging interview situations with confidence. By strengthening their analytical and interpersonal skills, participants will be able to make well-founded, objective, and successful hiring decisions.
