Dieser praxisorientierte Crashkurs bietet eine kompakte Einführung in Künstliche Intelligenz und Deep Learning mit Python. Die Teilnehmenden lernen, eigene Modelle mit Keras / TensorFlow zu entwickeln, zu trainieren und auf neue Daten anzuwenden. Behandelt werden grundlegende Netzarchitekturen wie MLPs und CNNs, Techniken zur Datenvorbereitung (z. B. Normalisierung, One-Hot-Encoding), sowie wichtige Konzepte wie Aktivierungsfunktionen, Backpropagation und Overfitting. Anhand praktischer Übungen mit dem MNIST-Datensatz und unter Nutzung von GPUs erwerben die Teilnehmenden praxisrelevante Kompetenzen für die Entwicklung eigener Deep-Learning-Modelle.

In the seminar Scrum Product Owner Training you will learn through practical exercises how product development works in agile organizations using the Scrum framework. You will understand the accountabilities and responsibilities of product owners and how they work together with stakeholders like other project members outside the Scrum team, as well as customers and clients. You will learn how to act as a Product Owner in order to get the highest Return on Invest. This includes creating a product vision, refining and priori-tizing requirements, and maintaining the product backlog. You will also learn how to work with realistic release plans and understand the role of the product owner in large Scrum projects with multiple teams. After the seminar you will be prepared for the assessment for the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) of scrum.org.
