Pharmacovigilance inspections examine more than the existence of procedures. They assess whether a company can demonstrate control of its PV system, explain its decisions and respond effectively when issues are identified. - The revised GVP Module III (Rev 2), effective 10 September 2026, reflects amendments to the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 520/2012. Authorities can now inspect the MAH and also the organisations to which it subcontracts tasks, as well as their subcontractors. - This seminar helps you turn inspection readiness from a last-minute exercise into a sustainable part of your PV quality system. Itprovides a structured, practical approach to PV inspection readiness across regions and companies. You will explore regulatory expectations, planning strategies and common inspection challenges, including remote and hybrid inspection formats. A dedicated EU authority case study illustrates how inspection practice can translate regulatory requirements into demanding questions, document requests and findings.
