Each of the 13 modules consists of three elements:
1. Video Lecture: A 10–12 minute video providing an introduction and overview of the key concepts.
2. Web-Based Training (WBT): Interactive multimedia content delivered through text and visuals, complemented by a wide range of hands-on exercises.
3. Self-Assessment: A knowledge check covering the module content, giving you immediate feedback on your current progress.
Learning Objectives
Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the key responsibilities and tools of Right and Good Management, and learn to effectively apply the fundamentals of conflict resolution, presentation, and negotiation in their day-to-day work.
