This practical seminar equips you with the skills to plan and deliver professional training sessions - both live and online. You will explore the fundamentals of adult learning, define clear learning objectives, and select methods that match your target group. Throughout the course, you will develop your personal training style and practise handling challenging situations. The seminar combines live online sessions (3 x 3.5 hours) with two guided self-study modules (1.5 hours each) on our learning platform LearningHub@Cegos. Sustainable knowledge transfer is supported through our proven 4REAL learning model.
