In our three-day course (21 hours), delivered in English, you will explore the core concepts of ITIL® 4 - including the Service Value System (SVS), the four dimensions of service management, guiding principles, and key ITSM practices. This training is available as a live online or on-site course and is delivered by accredited ITIL® 4 trainers.  

After completing the seminar, you will be fully prepared for the official ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam administered by PeopleCert. With this internationally recognized qualification, you strengthen your professional profile and gain the competence to actively contribute to a service-oriented IT organization.

No previous knowledge is required for the ITIL® 4 Foundation course or the certification exam. However, familiarity with IT services and business processes is an advantage.
