In Stage II - Financial & Management Accounting, you will complete the management accounting toolbox from Stage I of the Controllers Trainings Program in five stages of the CA controller akademie. You will expand your portfolio to include structural, investment and financial controlling. After this seminar, you will know how tax law influences and partially distorts controlling figures, and you will be able to assess and apply activity allocation from a business and tax perspective.  You will be able to manage structural costs and sales activities with the help of IT, know the various financial accounting tools and be able to use them (e.g. cash flow statement, budgeted income statement, budgeted balance sheet and key figure analysis). With the help of numerous transfer units in working groups, you will be able to confidently implement and apply what you have learned in your day-to-day work.
